I recently used Mike Waldron Training to undertake a DISC assessment, following a really insightful 10-minute presentation getting us all to consider our personality types.
I wanted to further understand my personality traits, and how it leads me to interact with and deal with people of varying traits to mine. It’s something that I have been conscious of, as a more reserved personality and didn’t want it to affect me in my business going forward.
The DISC assessment that I undertook was a dynamic test, meaning that it tailored the questioning to my previous answers, to ensure that I wasn’t trying to achieve a particular result, and that the test reflected my true personality. Very clever!
Mike then comprehensively evaluated my results and provided extensive feedback to help me understand my test result. This has been delivered individually and in group sessions, which have been very insightful.
Mike has brilliant knowledge of the DISC assessment, and provides very clever situational questioning to help you consider different thought processes and ascertain how scenarios are perceived based on different personality types.
I cannot recommend Mike Waldron Training highly enough if you want to resolve workplace conflict or understand how different personalities need to be considered in many varied professional environments.
